Location: GTA Based preferred (Remote role with monthly in-person meet-ups)
Reports to: Director of Education
Company: Peekapak Wellbeing Education
Peekapak is growing, and we’re looking for an Education Partnerships Manager to play a key role in expanding our impact across North America.
Why Peekapak?
Peekapak is an award-winning education technology company helping schools embed student and educator wellbeing into everyday learning, not as a one-off program, but as part of school culture.
We partner with schools, districts, and education systems globally, supporting over 1 million educators and students across 90+ countries. Our platform brings together curriculum, professional learning, and wellbeing data to help schools create lasting, scalable impact.
Peekapak is backed by Imagine K12 (Y Combinator’s education accelerator) and recognized by leading education organizations including District Administration and Common Sense Education. We’re a small, fast-moving team that values ownership, collaboration, and meaningful work—and we’re building something that truly matters for schools and students.
What does an Education Partnerships Manager do?
Peekapak is growing in North America, and we’re looking for a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial Education Partnerships Manager to lead that growth.
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, partnerships, and sales. You’ll own relationships with our North American school and district partners from first conversation through long-term success and expansion. Think of this as a hybrid CSM + sales role, perfect for someone who loves building trust, helping educators succeed, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help spread Peekapak’s impact to potential customers.
Because we’re a small (but mighty) team, this is not a “stay in your lane” role. You’ll be shaping how we work with partners, influencing product and implementation, and helping define what excellent customer experience looks like at Peekapak in North America.
If you like:
- Wearing multiple hats
- Working closely with Director of Education
- Seeing the real-world impact of your work in classrooms

- Confidence leading conversations with educators, administrators, and district leaders
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual
- A multi-tasker who can prioritize effectively, is exceptionally organized, and can manage expectations across teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics – you know what ARR, Net Revenue Retention, NPS and Churn mean.
